Similar But Not Same

She's a little baby girl, whom I first met when I was two years old. At that time I did not understand anything. I only saw my mother in pain but feeling happy at the same time. All my family seemed very happy to welcome her. She was born on May 21, 2003. Now, she is 19 year old. Time goes so fast, the little baby girl I used to see has grown up. Yups... she is my little sister. 

When I was child, our parents often bought clothes with the same style because we are only 2 years apart, people always think we are similar person or twins. The accessories that we use are sometimes the same. Our hair style is also same.  I used to really like it but as I got older I started to feel less comfortable. So that others can tell us apart, I decided to cut my hair.  My hair always become short and usually I wear clothes with dark  colors. I make the characteristic short hair and wear  dark clothes as my identity. 

Although other people often think of us have similar face or twins, but actually we aren't twins. And our personalities are also quite the opposite. She is ambivert and I'm introvert. She is comfortable in a crowd or in solitude, while I am not comfortable in a crowd and tend to like solitude. She likes colorful things whereas i only like black and dark colors. She is always quick to respond whereas I tend to be careless. She likes a challenge whereas I prefer to be in my comfort zone and so on. However, we complement each other's strengths and weaknesses.

Fyi, we often fight about trivial things such as fighting over snacks, fighting over goods, fighting over food, etc. Sometimes we envy each other. But we also love and care for each other. If we are close, we often fight. But if one of us is far away and rarely meet, we miss each other. This sibling relationship is very difficult to explain. Sometimes I think. Do all the sisters or brothers on this earth feel the same way I feel?

And here is our photo. After a long time, finally I returned to wearing clothes with the same motif, pashmina in the same color, and the same make-up as my little sister because  1 month ago our cousin got married and we were the bridesmaids. A lot of people on the event thought we were twins.
